Terms of Use
The terms governing your use of the Suportr information website and its expression-of-interest form.
Suportr is an initiative operated through this website by TEK480 LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16415075), with its registered office at 383 Durnsford Road, London, England, SW19 8EF. Contact: ihanif@tek480.com. Suportr League CIC is legally separate; these website terms do not bind that CIC.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to the informational Suportr website and its register-interest form. When submitting an expression of interest, you are asked to tick a separate box accepting these terms. This records your affirmative agreement to the terms applicable to that submission. People who only browse the website should use it lawfully, but a mere visit is not treated as evidence that they agreed to a separate paid-service contract. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Pre-launch information, not a live transaction contract
This website describes a developing concept for local commerce, collective purchasing, loyalty, vouchers, exchanges and community activity. Features may be prototypes, proposals, subject to pilot tests or not yet available. Nothing on this website guarantees a launch date, merchant participation, price saving, return, earnings, cashback, redemption, delivery or availability of any specific feature.
Submitting an interest form is free and does not constitute membership, a subscription, a purchase order, a payment instruction, creation of a wallet, or acceptance into a pilot. Any later consumer, merchant or payment service will require separately published product-specific terms, pricing and legally required disclosures.
3. Appropriate use
You agree not to use the website unlawfully, submit materially false information, infringe others' rights, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code or submit personal information about another person without authority. You should not put sensitive personal, financial or confidential business information into the interest form.
4. Information you submit
You are responsible for ensuring your enquiry is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You permit us to use the information for replying to your enquiry and operating the site as described in the Privacy Policy. Marketing messages require any additional consent required by law. You retain any rights you have in information you provide.
5. Intellectual property
The website's original text, design, branding, logos and software are owned by or licensed to TEK480 LIMITED or their respective owners. Third-party photographs and other external assets remain subject to their own licences. You may view and use this website for personal or internal business evaluation, but no ownership rights are transferred to you. Reuse beyond the rights allowed by law requires prior permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The website may link to external services or display third-party images. TEK480 LIMITED does not control their availability, content, terms or privacy practices. Any commercial arrangements eventually involving a third party will be governed by separate agreements where applicable.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information reasonably accurate and the website available, but early-stage information may change or be incomplete. We may modify, suspend or withdraw content or functions as the product develops. These terms do not exclude liability where law prohibits exclusion.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing affects statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, TEK480 LIMITED is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on speculative pre-launch statements where such responsibility is not otherwise imposed by law. Any limitation is subject to the law on fairness and reasonableness.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. The policy is a statement of our data practices and applicable rights, not a waiver of your statutory protections.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published here with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued legal rights or override applicable consumer law. If a future service requires consent to materially revised terms, it will be requested separately.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to these terms may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, your mandatory legal protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction are preserved.
